Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Mahakal Darshan. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through www.mahakaldarshna.in or directly with our team. By booking any tour or travel service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received by Mahakal Darshan and a booking confirmation has been issued.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a customer cancels a confirmed booking for any reason:

90% of the total booking amount is strictly non-refundable after the booking is confirmed.

Only up to 10% of the booking amount may be refunded, subject to applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, and any other administrative or operational expenses incurred by Mahakal Darshan.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the commencement of the journey, no-shows, missed departures, late arrivals, or unused services.

3. Cancellation by Mahakal Darshan

In the unlikely event that Mahakal Darshan cancels a booking due to circumstances within our control, we may offer:

An alternative tour or travel arrangement of similar value, or

A refund after deducting any non-refundable payments already made to third-party service providers, if applicable.

Mahakal Darshan shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, pandemics, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Modification of Booking

Any request to change the travel date, destination, vehicle, package, or other booking details is subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Price differences and applicable service fees must be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
