By booking or availing any tour package, you agree to comply with the following terms: 1. General Conditions * All tour services and facilities provided by the company shall be available only after the commencement of the journey. * The company reserves the right to modify tour schedules, departure timings, arrival timings, meal timings, and itinerary arrangements due to operational, weather-related, traffic, administrative, or unforeseen circumstances. * Passengers are expected to cooperate with tour coordinators and follow all instructions issued during the journey. 2. Departure & Reporting * Passengers must report at the designated pickup point at least **30 minutes prior** to the scheduled departure time. * If a passenger fails to arrive on time and misses the vehicle, the company shall not be held responsible. * In such cases, the passenger must arrange transportation at their own expense to join the tour, subject to feasibility. * No refund shall be provided for missed departures or missed tour services due to passenger delay. 3. Meals & Refreshments * Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided as per the itinerary and company arrangements. * Meal timings may vary depending on travel conditions and operational requirements. * If a passenger misses any meal due to personal reasons or delay, the company shall not be responsible for providing an alternative meal or compensation. * Any additional food, beverages, snacks, or special meal requests shall be at the passenger’s own expense. 4. Temple Visits & Darshan * The company facilitates travel arrangements only and does not guarantee temple entry, darshan timings, special darshan, puja availability, or waiting time inside any temple. * Temple authorities may modify entry procedures, timings, or restrictions without prior notice, and the company shall not be liable for such changes. 5. Passenger Responsibility * Passengers are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. * The company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of luggage, valuables, documents, cash, or personal items during the tour. * Only handbags and essential personal luggage are permitted, subject to vehicle capacity and tour guidelines. 6. Conduct & Safety * Consumption or possession of alcohol, narcotics, or any intoxicating substances during the journey is strictly prohibited. * Any passenger found under the influence of intoxicants or creating disturbances may be removed from the tour without refund. * A penalty of up to **₹50,000/-** may be imposed for violations, subject to applicable rules and regulations. 7. Documents Required All passengers must carry: * Original and photocopy of any one valid government-issued photo ID:  * Aadhaar Card  * PAN Card  * Voter ID Card  * Passport * Passengers may be required to submit a photocopy of the ID proof to the company for verification purposes. 8. Liability Disclaimer * The company shall not be responsible for any personal injury, accident, illness, loss, delay, natural calamities, government restrictions, traffic disruptions, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting the tour. * Any additional expenses arising from such situations shall be borne by the passenger. 9.
